Best News Ever, part 2

My experiment from my last post did have an effect on the outcome of my day.

Listening to the song Best News Ever and telling myself that I am going to have a great day actually made it so.

Not only did I feel good all day and into the evening, my husband came home and said you’re in a good mood today. My response to him was, it’s the best news ever and we laughed.

Later that evening I was talking to my daughter and she said she does this as well. She tells herself in the mornings that it’s going to be a good day, a good good day. She said it works too. I had no idea that she did that. Makes my heart happy that she knows what works for her and she does it.
